5.1 With employers and recruiters

If you are eligible for the Career Gateway placement programme (by achieving a 5-star score), your career profile, resume, and readiness data may be shared with our network of 5,000+ employer partners across India and 10 countries in South and South-East Asia. You will be notified before your profile is activated for sharing.

5.2 With service providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and communication platforms. These vendors are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5.3 With educational institutions

Where you were referred to us by a college or institution, we may share aggregate progress and placement data with that institution. We will not share individual assessment scores without your consent.

5.4 Legal disclosures

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cultus, our users, or the public.

5.5 Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account and profile data — retained for the duration of your active enrolment and for 3 years thereafter
• Assessment and performance data — retained for 5 years to support placement verification
• Payment records — retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax regulations
• Support correspondence — retained for 2 years from the date of resolution
